• Sourced from the La Presa Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley. Starting brix 25 w/pH of 3.52. Barrel fermented and aged for 8 months sur lie in 30% New American oak. Partial malolactic fermentation leaves structure and balance in tact. 75 cases produced.
  • Possessing a bright nose, inky texture, fantastic structure with plenty of tannins for those who like wines that age well. Sourced from La Presa Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley and aged in 35% New American Oak, giving the nose a distinctive vanilla aroma.
  • Vermentino is an Italian grape widely planted in Sardinia. Here in the Santa Ynez Valley this wine is sourced from the Sanger Estate Vineyard near Happy Canyon. It is a light but extremely complex wine that can express white peach, lime and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. A bit over the top but sounded cool. 60 cases made.
  • Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir. Sourced from the Sanger & Hayes Vineyard in Sweeney Canyon, three clones were used to produce a slightly more robust Pinot Noir, 777, Pommard and 115. Aged in 35% new French Oak this wine offers up multiple layers to peel back and explore.
  • Grenache is a complex wine with heavy spice notes that is berry driven wine but soft on the palate and easy to enjoy. It is also lighter in weight than most wine because of its thin skin but makes an excellent red wine to enjoy in summer months. Planted widely in Spain and France it is mostly often blended with Syrah, Mourvedre in Rhone style wines and Tempranillo in Spain. This 100% Grenache sourced from La Presa Vineyard was aged in 25% New American Oak for 20 months to give it subtle hints of vanilla. Enjoy now!
  • Always one of my favorite wines. The newest version shows the smooth buttery pear flavors that bathe the mouth in a distinctively Grenache Blanc display of presence. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie for a year this wine hits all the right spots on the pallet and will continue to please.
