• Sourced from the SYV Vineyard in Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara this is a French Red wine varietal originally from Spain with a velvety and fruit driven profile. The tannins are soft and the wine is very approachable now but will only increase in complexity with time. Easy to enjoy now or hold up to 2-3 years. 53 cases produced.
  • This year the blend is 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. The structure is more readily apparent than past vintages. The tannins are layered and complex. The Merlot imparts lovely hints of plum while the Cabernets provide deepening blackcurrent with a hint of eucalyptus. 66 cases produced.
