This year the blend is 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. The structure is more readily apparent than past vintages. The tannins are layered and complex. The Merlot imparts lovely hints of plum while the Cabernets provide deepening blackcurrent with a hint of eucalyptus. 66 cases produced. -
The cult classic returns! Lovely hints of cacao, blackberry and sweet tobacco aromas on the nose weaves an intricate pattern through the maze of tannins. The middle pallet builds and fills the mouth leaving the finish to linger on your pallet for a hefty period of time!
